Rescheduling to Schedule III serves corporations. Full descheduling serves citizens. We are done pretending there is a middle ground. The Constitution already answered this question — the federal government has no authority to tell you what plant you can grow in your own home. We are not asking for our rights back. We are demanding them.

Before there was recreational cannabis, before there were dispensaries, before there was an "industry" — there were patients. Sick people who needed medicine that the federal government told them was illegal to grow. They grew it anyway. They organized. They won.
