From the Seed Rights Editorial Desk — reporting from the front lines of the fight for seed freedom, home cultivation, and descheduling.
We are not neutral. We are not journalists pretending to have no opinion. We are citizens with a point of view, a deadline, and a cause. These dispatches are our record of the fight — updated as the fight develops.
Rescheduling to Schedule III serves corporations. Full descheduling serves citizens. We are done pretending there is a middle ground. The Constitution already answered this question — the federal government has no authority to tell you what plant you can grow in your own home. We are not asking for our rights back. We are demanding them.
